The wife and I are kicking the idea of building a new, small house. It will be a Acadian style, two bedroom, two bath. Keeping it under 1400 lsf is a problem. Hell, would be more then happy with something under 1k LSF.
There is no reason for us taking care of a 2600LSF house now.

This house is awesome inside. Rietveld-Schroeder House in The Netherlands.All the interior walls slide so you can have several rooms or open them for one big space.
