How does the backseat of the 2014 Sierra's compare in size to the F150 Lariat? I know previously the F150 Lariat Crew Cab had a huge backseat area where the Sierra's didn't. I've heard the 2014 Sierra's now have a large backseat as well. Can shed some light on this?

I just traded-in a 2008 Tundra on a new purchase for a 2014 F-150. Tundra back seat afforded more leg room but the Ford seems adequate for normal sized passengers.

The new Sierra comes with either a full size bed and a smaller quad cab, or a smaller bed and a full size cab. Same deal as the tundra

The Tundra crew max is the biggest by far

GMC has a Sierra model. The GMC comes with two different four-door configurations; a double cab (small second row doors) and a crew cab with larger second row doors and a bunch of leg room in the rear seating area.

If it's GMC vs Ford for back seat room then GMC wins.

Ram's Mega Cab is the bomb for back seats in full-sized pickups. Hands down.

F150 backseat area is larger than F250 which is larger than GM offerings.

I didn't look at the GM pickups before I bought the Lariat F-150. IDK if the GMs have this feature but the Ford back seat bottom folds upward and makes for a really nice weatherproof cargo area.

Traded my Tundra for a F150 a little while back. F150 gives you the room but still allows you to part in a normal parking spot. The Tundra was too fricking wide.

F150 full 4 door (supercrew), has a little more room than the 2014 Sierra/Silverado full 4 door (crewcab).

We have 2 2014 crewcab sierra's in our company fleet that I drive on a regular basis and my best friend has a 2013 F150 supercrew. The f150 interior is a little bigger and nicer but those sierra's have more power and ride much smoother.

People who drive F150's will tell you the F150 is the best, people who drive Sierras/Silverados will tell the you the Sierra/Silverado is the best.

Why don't you just go to the dealership and decide for yourself?

The new GMC/Chevy's look awesome. If I were to buy a truck, it would be one of those. No got dang way I would spend that much cash and my truck have a turbo V6.

So backseat space is the deciding factor? Not overall qualtiy, drive, handling, longevity, warranty, towing capacity, engine type/size, exterior features, comfort of seats, etc...?

Sierra 4 door 6.2 loaded out z71 are so fine. I love my 2011, but the interior in the 2014 blows mine away.
