I eat at JF out of necessity so I normally keep it simple with the Cuban sandwich. I have gone to Cansecos 3 times and the last week so I might get something different tomorrow.

Cochon de lait poboy of course

Dibbi

That korean beef poboy last year was pretty good too.

Pheasant, Quail & Andouille Gumbo is good. I actually tried it for the first time last year because the weather was cooler. Had never tried it before because it was just tough for me to think about sitting there sweating my arse off eating a piping hot bowl of gumbo.

Trout baquet

There is a new item this year I want to try:

Acarajé (Black-eyed Pea Fritter with
Shrimp & Spicy Cashew Sauce),
