Yeah that's not gonna happen, the NFC West part

That part got me looking. Only 2 teams with fewer than 7 wins. 290-222 overall record for the NFL. I'm no mathematician, but shouldn't it be 256-256, POSSIBLY with a couple of ties in place of a W/L? Basically, shouldn't the wins and losses even out?

Guess that's what happens when you have a different person predict each team's record.

Edit:

NFL Nation reporters predict the regular-season record for the team they cover. Each prediction was made independent of the predictions of their colleagues.

What a horrible way to predict the season. You suck ESPN. I feel ashamed for posting this nonsense

It happens every year with these "experts". They pump up anyone that was borderline saying they should improve, pump up any team they think did great in FA, and rarely predict any playoff team from last year falling down.

That's how you get all these .500+ teams with so few basement dwellers. They don't want to lose the fans of last year's marginal and good teams.

Last year I predicted Atlanta and Baltimore's downfall and this year I'm doing the same with Carolina and I'll throw in the Bengals and Philly falling out of the playoffs. I'll also be "bold" and say the Seahawks only get 10 wins this year.
