me too. i'm thinking you'd need to run 2 screws for each lid top to keep the lid from spinning as you unscrew it.

Definitely, three if you want to go for overkill.

I was just about to post this and you are 100% correct. I did this many years ago because my dad had his extra screws, nails etc arranged this way when I was a kid.

Was all excited when I had it all put together and arranged and then instant sad face the first time I tried to unscrew the jar. Yes, use two screws for sure.
