I make egg white sandwiches for my daughter once or twice a week for breakfast, then probably again at least once on the weekend. Seriously, try it one time and you'll see how much easier it is.

Whether or not your have the fridge room to spare 2" is a different story.

If I went over to a friend's house, and I saw that he was keeping empty water bottles in his fridge, I probably wouldn't say anything, but I would definitely think it's weird. I would be puzzled. I see no need for bottled air to be cooled like that. It's as simple as that. I wouldn't even make a connection that it had anything to do with eggs.

Then keep it in the cabinet, or drawer next to the fridge or by the sink. I choose the fridge because it is right by the eggs and saves me a step and I have plenty of room.

OR, don't keep an empty one anywhere and it will still be easier, but whatever. Like I said, I did it using shells for years.

stop getting rid of the yolks! thats good protein and even science has slowly come to realize there's no discernable health benefit to getting rid of the 'evil' cholestrol in the yolks.

eta my grandad ate eggs every day of his life and died at 95 a healthy man. (well healthy except for the part where he died)

I have my doubts about this one.

If im eating eggs over easy, I love the yolk. But I honestly think whites taste better on a sandwich or something.
