Wall+Beal's win shares (11.9) do not even equal Harden's alone (12.8).

Lin 4.4

Beal 4.0

I like having 2 players, not just 1.

Lin is not good.

Hes scoring more points, his FG% and 3pt% have improved. And hes visibly more comfortable out there now.

Everyone in the NBA would take Beal and Wall over Harden and Lin. Regardless of win shares. Beal and Wall are on a diff level than Lin. Its not even close. And they are 23years old and 20 years old. They are gonna be so good, really soon, and for a long time.

so a rapid improvement is

FG .410% to .419%

3PT .386% to .402%

Hes scoring more points,

cause he's shooting over 3 more shots per game.

you're dead wrong.

if Beal and Wall were that good. Washington would have won more than 44 games and done better than the 5th seed in as terrible of a conference that i can remember.

Anthony davis, andre drummond, terrence jones, khris middleton = rapid improvement from year 1 to 2

bradley beal = stagnant. With no real marked improvement from year 1 to 2.

If he was scoring more points by shooting 3 more shots and had a worse fg%, I would agree. But hes scoring more, shooting more and at a higher %. Not a rapid improvement, but still a solid improvement.

No Im not. And they would laugh at you if you would take Lin and Harden over Beal and Wall. Harden is obviously the best out of the bunch. But Wall is closer to him than you think. And Harden is playing in his prime right now. But Lin? Thats a joke. Hes an average NBA player at best.

Wall is 1 of the best PGs in the NBA right now, and Beal has the potential to be 1 of the best SGs in the game. Even if he never improves right now, he still is a good 2 guard. He has the exact same PER as Klay Thompson, and is 4 years younger.

They are 20years old and 23years old. They literally just started clicking. Beal is 20. He just figured out how to play in the league. And they are the 5th seed, and are up 2-0 on the Bulls, 1 of the best defensive teams in the league.

And 1 thing you cant judge with a stat is how much talent and potential Beal and Wall have as a duo. They are not the best backcourt right now. But they are 1 of the best. And the youngest duo out of the rest. They are only gonna get better.

I'm not even saying they don't have potential. Just presenting the facts, as is, right now.

Harden and Lin are worth more wins at this point.

And while Beal is a solid player for 20 years, he hasn't really gotten better since last year. Playing more minutes and scoring more points is not something to hang your hat on when you're efficiency hasn't improved.

Assist rate up, turnover rate down while his usage went way up.

negligible ticks in each direction

could also be attributed to having his PG play a full season.

You guys are quite uninformed. Swaggy P/Kendall Marshall is the best backcourt in the game.

Right?! I love how these threads show up after a singular event (Duke loses, "is Coach K overrated?"; OKC loses a game, "should they trade Westbrook?"). it never fails, but I didn't expect this one.

I love watching Wall play because he is quicker than literally everyone else in the league.

However, these overreactions are crazy. Everyone started doubting the Clippers after the game 1 loss. Nothing has really changed my opinions from these first two games, except for I assumed the Bulls would at least take one. Wizards do look a little better than I anticipated.

Wall is a blast to watch. He can be erratic at times though.
