No he is not. EVER
He knows college(I'll put this here as a disclaimer this time: to a point as far as someone on the outside looking in) but I don't think he knows NFL for jack outside of what people tell him or what players did 5 years ago(like everyone thinking we lost something by cutting Smith
). That includes where players will go and how they will do. So when I said legit I meant as far as evaluating their college careers and projecting a range for the players' talents.
You may disagree and that's fine.
