Yep they sure have and they are probably built up enough not to flood problem is you will not be able to get to your house if it does.
I have seen Tiger Bend rd. look like white water rapids at Elliot and Tiger Bend and that was in the early 90's. I have also seen in the 80's Right where Carrigewood estates is we have friends who have lived there forever and we had to jump in a boat on Tiger Bend to get to their house which you know is a good ways.
