Does anyone have information or know about the new lots they are building on Elliot Road between Tiger Bend and HooshooToo? Size of lots, when they will go for sale, and building restrictions?

I passed that development yesterday. Looks like tiny lots and it will be a boring arse cookie cutter subdivision.

There are going to be a lot of upset people when that place floods again like it did in the 80's and 90's!
