Flounder: The Hottest Cobia Bait of 2014

Buddy of mine over around Pensacola sent me this pic from the cleaning table.
That's 7 flounder, 2 rays, 1 crab. Thing must have been like a vacuum cleaner on the bottom. Nice sized flounder too.

I'm sure this time of the year when they run close in their diet is flounder heaviver than normal. I have read studies showing that when they move offshore their diet is comprised of over 2/3rds hardhead catfish which seems a little ridiculous to me. Never thought of using that as bait.
