Although the yelling is not as prevalent as American TV, he does manage to turn the screws just a bit more on BBC.

The things that the show requires out of its contestants and the things that I enjoy in the kitchen are 180 from each other.
I doubt that I would have the ability to allow any of my kitchen skills come through in that type of setting. Id be so busy plotting a way to stab him in his fricking face that I would over cook the scallops 4 times in a row.
