I can cook, but I couldn't cook at the intensity and level that they cook in an industrial kitchen. Cooking for me is borderline therapeutic. Lets me get away from things a bit, relax, etc.
No way hell could I relax cooking in a kitchen like that. I have the utmost respect for people who can.

One of my biggest dreams. When he gets all pissed off, thowing stuff and yelling, It would make me more focused and want to get through that rush/problem, it excites me in a good way.

I agree. I love to cook. Why would I want to spoil that.
