They are really trying to handle the tickets better this season. I believe the new cap is 12 season tickets per person. Most brokers have lost their tickets and others have been asked to transfer tickets to family/friends.
The issue with upgrades is that nothing will ever become available in the terrace. If they do, they are used strictly for in house purposes. The best way about moving your seats would be to flood Mike Stanfields phone/email.

That isn't true. I haven't been asked to do any of that. I always put in to get more in my section and have been able to add some the past 2 years. I haven't tried other sections. With this system, I can see what is available at my time buy what I want. I know some people are trying to make money with this. They are making deals with family, friends, and others to be paid if they get them tickets. All they have to do is see what is available and call them to see if they want them. This system isn't really better than the last. Shoot, you have businesses with over 12 tickets and I'm not talking about suites. They haven't told those companies anything either. The Saints don't want to get sued for limiting fans but not companies.
