i did this a couple of year ago. key things for me were basically finding decaffeinated coffee that i like, and starting drinking decaffeinated teas. sitting at my desk all day, water doesn't cut it. but i found that i like la madelines decaf coffee, and a few kinds of decaf teas. might be worth buying a kettle if you start with the teas and you don't have a quick source of boiling water (i have a hot water tap on the coffee machine at work).

Another lower caffeine option that actually has some health benefits with antioxidants is green tea.




But ultimately, water water water water. It's an easy solution to so many issues. As a goal, for someone who is moderately active, aim for drinking your body weight in ounces of water a day....125lbs = 125 ounces
