I watched the masters at a bar last weekend alone. It wasn't too bad.
I think it's bad because I have a bar that I only go to solo and the bartenders know me at this point. I go elsewhere when with company but if it's midnight on Friday and I need a beer I have my spot.

I did it a few times after my divorce but I always tried to take a friend to talk to. Feels a little awkward drinking alone. Now eating alone I don't mind.

I went to the bar solo last weekend. Ended up going to another bar with this mexican who couldn't speak a lick of english, and picked up two girls to go to another bar. Just get really drunk and the night will handle itself
