You serious Clark? 55k for a young single guy is enough to live fairly well just about anywhere in the country.

I assume you're about 15 and think you'll graduate making 100k. That might happen for 1% of grads.

Here was my monthly budget right out of college making 32k(2250 take home per month)

$260 - 10% religious contribution
$750 - Rent
$250 - Groceries
$100 - Gas
$80 - Electric
$50 - Auto Insurance
$50 - Wireless Phone
$50 - Internet
$30 - Satellite TV
$20 - Dry Cleaning

Total = $1640

So subtract 2250 - 1640 and I had about $600 per month to save or spend
