Peach Pie or Cobbler Recipes

box of yellow cake mix

two cans of peaches

crushed pecans

drain 75% of the peach juice

butter the pan

add peaches

add pecans

pour cake mix on top of peaches

cut butter slices all over the top of cake mix


bake at 375 till golden brown or till you see the peach juice start to caramelize through the cake mix


done!!!

top with ice cream or cool whip

enjoy.

About 6-8 fresh peaches (frozen is 2nd best, then canned)
1/2 - 3/4 cup sugar
pinch of cinnamon
2tsp flour
Box of 2 premade (not precooked- the ones that are still rolled up)

-mix all dry ingredients with peaches and dump into 9x13 pan
-Cover with both pie crusts- there will be some overlap in the middle
-Pinch the edges down tight
-Bake in a 325 oven for 45 minutes

This isn't the exact recipe that we use, but I think it's pretty close. Very easy, and really tasty.

I've done this with blueberries, too, and it's even better

These are Peach Crisps, but you might enjoy looking at the photos and they are both easy

Here is blueberry, which you didn't ask for, but sometimes we get more than we asked for.
