Another marathon starting tomorrow at 4am per my dish guide. For those looking for a refresher or to see it anew. Bbca is doing a good job of making it accessible to people.

I watched it last night on DVR after GoT. Looks like they're setting up for new characters.

SPOILERS

I'm extremely annoyed Helena survived that gunshot wound in the season 1 finale. No flipping way. Maybe the clones were given some sort of super human recovery strength in their DNA?

When are we going to find out who Kira's dad is? I wonder if he's involved, especially now that she has disappeared.

They hit the ground running with Season 2. If you liked season 1 you should definitely keep watching.

S2E1 SPOILERS the rest of the post

Yeah, That pissed me off too.

Both Sarah and Helena have taken quite a bit of punishment and kept going, but still, that looked like a kill shot.

That's interesting. I'm not sure Kira was kidnapped. With the house ransacked but Kira's window open, I'm thinking she got away, possibly with Mrs. S.

Helena and Sarah's daughter, Kira definitely have some kind of super healing DNA.

Sarah put a piece of rebar through Helena in season one and she just treated like a regular cut and she was fine.

Kira got laid out by a car and she healed in like, one day.

It's definitely a plot point that some of the clones have healing abilities and can reproduce and some of them are sick and dying and sterile.

I'm not too mad about it since Helena is awesome.

You have to remember that Helena is not a clone. She's one of the originals. My theory is that Helena,Sarah & Kira all share some super ability that has not been fully discovered yet. Besides, Helena dying at the end of last season would have been a massive buzzkill

FWIW, I clicked on this series last Thursday by accident while surfing Prime. I binge watched S1 this weekend and just finished the Season 2 premiere. Talk about hooked!

Did anyone find it weird as hell Kira just looks at Cal and asks "Are you my dad?" They've made it clear before that she's more insightful than kids her age, but I mean come on.

I couldn't tell if they baptized Helena or married her to the cult leader

Pretty sure they were implying that cult guy raped Helena. They may have been "married", but she was clearly captured to figure out if they can breed her.

I just assume that when your mom's a bit of a slutty whore and you don't know who your father is, you'd ask that of all her previous BFs you meet.

I'm curious as to why they went from anti-clone religious cult as the enemy to pro-clone religious cult as the enemy. Were they writing themselves into a corner and decided to go a different direction, or are we going to have 3 groups trying to control/kill the clones?

Whatever the reason, the new guys are far more interesting. The old religious zealot trope is very tired by this point. I'm guessing they'll just go for the two groups there, I think the priest that got the cow killer to the back of the head was more of a solo act.

Anyway, very solid first 3 episodes of the new season. Allison, as always, remains hilarious.

The Season 2 Finale was this weekend. I think Season 2 was about as good as Season 1 and they have me looking forward to Season 3. I think they've done a good job of keeping the conspiracy going as Sarah goes deeper down the rabbit hole.

SPOILERS from here on out.

At first bringing back Helena at the beginning of Season 2 when we thought she had been killed seemed like a bad and cheap move, but she is so important to the story, and I'm not just talking about the pregnancy angle. She is chaos and can easily steer the story in any direction.

The military running the male version of the clone experiment was a big reveal, and now they are getting the fertile Helena in exchange for what? Giving Dr. Bowles the leverage she needed to cut a deal for Sarah? The Castor clones at the end looked like Mark (the assistant/disciple of the other crazy religious guy), right?

Is Rachel dead? She could just have lost an eye.

Should they just drop Art and the whole police angle? The story seems to have moved beyond them.
