Call your vet and ask if you can pick up a tube of laxair. its a flavored laxative/lubricant that will help the dog pass it. after feeding it to the dog you may want to leave him outside.
if it hasnt passed by thursday i would make an appointment for friday. you dont want to pay for an emergency surgery over the weekend.
