Dayum. Is fighter lead in still in at-38s, (not to date myself.) I went through there in 1983, and came back as an instructor in 1988, did a staff tour in Spain and went back to Holloman in 1991.

We had another LT that showed up and promptly got shitfaced and took a dump in a urinal. The Sq Commander gave him his "Anus" callsign at the next Sq meeting.
Maybe it was unfair. Maybe the commander was too harsh to label a guy. Maybe the guy should have kept his shite together.

Once upon a time, there were two intrepid Captains who went on a cross country from Holloman to Navy Key West. Whilst there, Captain B ate a bait of bad oysters. They had to get back to Holloman, so to minimize the number of hops, they flew over FL450 trying to maximize range.
Somewhere over TX, Captain B hears his lower bowels calling, and decides he needs to relieve himself in his helmet bag. While he's unstrapping, his left knee nudges the right throttle into afterburner. (If you've never flown a T-38, you gently move the throttles at high altitude because the engines will compressor stall.) The #2 motor compressor stalled and flamed out.
SO THERE HE WAS. Weightless and partially naked floating around in an AT-38 cockpit split-essing out of 45k'. Long story short, it's one of those situations where the crewchief brought the pilot a bucket of water and left it for the pilot to clean it up.

When I was in I served at Lackluster as permanent party. That area of Texas is nothing but AF bases. At Bergstrom in Austin two pilots got shitfaced at the O club and decided it would be fun to fly their F-16s. The take off worked as planned but the operation failed in the extreme, the end result was two ejection seats to get out of the jets which they did do followed by two holes in the ground. They, if still alive, are trying to pay off the cost of the machines.

Wow.... Obviously I am not up to your holier than thou intellect. I guess in my less intelligent way you can't understand that I realize the 2 don't correlate, but that was the point. Justification on either front is absolutely despicable, and idiotic. THAT WAS THE POINT!!!
