As far as new, City Pork under the overpass next to George's is really good

I'm a huge fan of Chelseas, but as for something new city pork is new and solid.

Chelsea's, City Pork (chocolate chip and bacon cookies), Geauld Tigers for Chinese, Kaminari if you want a cheap sushi buffet

I'll second (or fourth) City Pork as far as something new goes.
Magpie is also pretty good if you want a new breakfast spot later.
Leroy's is new, pretty good fried chicken I think.
