I went friday night.... Everyone had tasting menu (4 of us). I had skirt with skin - was not on the tasting, but they accomodated. We ordered a provoletta, they let me adjust that too.
Very accomodating. I went for the cheese and the skin... Didnt disappoint. All 3 of the others got the bone in filet. Im not crazy about theirs..... Personnally.
