It was cooked perfectly. It's such a flavorful cut in it's own right, yet it is still enhanced with the sauces.

I think all 4 cuts were exactly as they were ordered.

Yeah, it was a flourless choclate cake with an almond brittle crust and the coconut & amaretto ice cream cake. The choclate cake was awesome. The cake was slightly bitter and the crust gave it just the right amount of sweetness.

The ice cream cake was not in my taste (or anyone else at the table) as it went to waste.

Ah yes. I recall the cake being a tad too dense for me .. but that's the cake with most flourless cakes i've had. Just not my thing. Flavor was on point I guess. Don't remember it all that vividly.
