All three sauces were a variation on a chimichurri.
The ladies ordered the filets. I had the flank, as I've had the skirt several times.
The empanadas had a touch of sweetness in the crust. That was a welcomed idea for me.

Really? I remember the traditional one that I thought has too much parsley and lacked in punch, then it was a cream-based one and the roasted red pepper sauce.
