Is a safety razor able to be used when u travel, i.e. Airport security, etc?

I use the Gillette Good News Disposable and they last for me a long time. I shave in the shower and have my Mirror there. I wait until the end of the shower and by then the wiskers are soft and come off easy. Here in the Philippines you can get a big bag of them for cheap.

Not a traveler. At least more than a couple of days and never packed my razor. I would imagine as long as you don't keep the DE blades in your pocket you should be fine

Per TSA, you can check the blades, but you can't carry them on. You can buy a 5-pack of cheap blades when traveling for very cheap at most grocery stores, though. If you're a frequent traveler that doesn't check bags, it would be a pretty inconvenient way of shaving.
