Yes. This was my first admission in my argument. My argument throughout correctly asserted that the fed government has overreached its authority relative to state's rights and individual liberty. This included references to cases where the Fed agencies had been overruled by the courts.

This is the key point Rex: My entire objective was to lead you where I wanted to go. The goal was to point out Mr. Bundy's agenda which you choose to ignore. I took you by your nose and gently guided you along my path. Lol. You're such a dolt. You have been SCHOOLED!!! Lmfao!!!

Constitutional Security Force? Never heard of them before.

Police Chief Mark Kessler's call to citizens of Gilberton Borough, Pennsylvania to join him and his police department in putting together a "reserve force" that could be called upon to help defend the city in the event of a foreign invasion or more precisely an invasion of the Federal government to confiscate firearms. Well, the response by readers and police departments across the country has been nothing short of incredible and as a result Kessler has expanded his small town "reserve force" to now include states nationwide. He is now referring to the movement as a "Constitutional Security Force."

The federal government cannot let this stand. Citizens arming themselves in a united front against federal intrusion on individual and state rights? Homeland security is likely on the way to reeducate these rebellious extremists.

This Bundy fellow sounds like a nutjob. LINK

Rancher Cliven Bundy demanded of sheriff Doug Gillespie that all narional park service employees working on the cattle roundup operation be disarmed before 10:45 a.m.

He gave Gillespie one hour to comply, and added for the firearms to be brought to him. The demand comes on the heels of the Bureau of Land Management pulling the plug on the roundup due to safety concerns.

How interesting that as soon as the criminal Harry Reid is implicated, do the blm pull out less than 24 hours later.

now homeland security will be called in to quell these domestic terrorists.....

The highlight of his life was probably scoring 4 touchdowns in one game in high school.

Perhaps. But being a nutjob doesn't empower the government abuse.

Polk HS hero forever!

If you ever live somewhere between El Cahon pass and ABQ and get off the beaten path, you'll meet some incredible nut jobs. Just be polite and don't ask if there are any bodies buried nearby.

I got tagged to be the Range Control Officer at Superior Valley for a week. When you drive there, the first item on the checklist is to fill the tank because when you leave the pavement, it's a 150 minute drive one way to get to the range. If you run out of gas, you're up rio de caca.

So I'm driving along on this dirt road and come upon a structure. (By structure, I mean poles planted into the ground and sheathing plywood nailed to the posts to form the walls with a painted plywood roof.) There's a desert rat standing in the middle of the road with some type of S&W wheel gun. Just off the road is a ~70s Ford F-150, and I saw some of the driver's cerebrum splattered on what glass was left in the door window.

I just floored it. I heard the guy saying, "I just found him! I just found him!" Yeah, right. We're 40 miles from a paved road and there's a guy with his head blown off in your front lawn, and you just happened to walk out after your breakfast tea with your pistol to find him.

Eh but it does encourage it. Do you think there would be snipers had he paid his dues or ceased grazing when the courts ordered him to?

Dayum! I'd better make sure my property tax is paid to avoid any nasty snipers enforcing the tax code.

Did you read that before you posted it?

I agree, but he owes over a million dollars in unpaid grazing fees on public land. In other words, he's very much like a welfare cheat. Is the government using excessive force? Maybe, but this guy has turned into a magnet for all kinds of fringe groups, and you don't know who's out there and what they're liable to do. I'm not the biggest fan of law enforcement, but they do have a right to protect themselves while they're doing their job. They're probably wise to pull back for now but this is going to have to be resolved one way or another.

The government does tend to overreach on occasion, and maybe this is one of them. OTOH, this has been brewing for many, many years, and much of the problem is this guy's own doing. If there's fault, it's on both sides.

Problem being, unless their job is solely to threaten lives of Americans, they are not doing their job.

On my thread I detailed Reid's conflict of intrest on page 2, this a abuse of power to the hilt.

Anybody else think Bundy sounds like the old western movie character , can't remember which one though, either Andy Devine or Pat Burtram.

LOL.
