Nice work man, Im about to run electrical and plumbing to get mine started. I have a bit more to do than you, but plan on doing all of it myself, sans pouring/ finishing the slab. Just curious, did you look into metal frame or just went with wood, I keep going back and forth, never built anything out of metal, but afraid of rot/ fire with wood.
Trying to stay under $15K, so Im glad to see they can be done for around that price if you DIY.
ETA: I can see how he got to that price, $3k easy for a built in gas grill, around $1K for the egg & stainless doors are not cheap. Hell thats about 1/2 way right there. Depending on existing plumbing/ electrical plus he paid someone to do the stucco and tile...
