How good are Women College Basketballers?

Could you get 5 players you play with now, or played with in the past to give say UConn or ND a run for their money?
I know thy are good and very well coached, but a lot look kinda heavy footed. I think the people I ran with coulda took it to them.
What y'all think?

Me and the guys I play with at Wash Park would crush these teams playing tonight. Now if the chick from Baylor that could dunk was still around I wouldn't be so confident

I would regularly own a girls HS AA that would later go on to play at UT in college
and I was only a decent HS bball player

Yea.. Idk how great I would hold up in a 40 minute game right now, but I think my basketball friends and I would be able to at least hold our own.
Now high school me, it wouldn't even be fair. Most playoff level high school basketball teams would wreck UConn and Notre Dame.

I remember a similar conversation on Max Kellerman's radio show. He was discussing these kind of matchups and at what point would the sides evenly match. It should go without saying that the top HS boys team of any year would run these great college women's team out of the building.
I'm thinking the sweet spot is lower tier boys HS teams because even the average boys HS teams have at least a couple of kids that can dunk. The women's teams would have no defense for that.

About two levels below men if the teams are equally good at those levels.
WNBA = HS Varsity Boys
College Women = JV Boys
HS Varsity Girls = Freshman Boys
JV Girls = Middle School Boys
WNBA = HS Varsity Boys
College Women = JV Boys
