This is the most realistic answer and most likely to happen. Jennings starts game one. If he does well..he will stay a bit longer. But at some point (could even be the first or second game), Harris will not only be sharing snaps, but likely take them over.

I see Harris in goal line situations immediately. And look for him to eventually take over. He just has a higher ceiling and better skill set.

This is most likely the truth wether people want to believe it or not.

I love the argument that the spring game is just practice as a defense for poor play or to wet blanket good play.

That said, Harris climbed the pocket and Jennings did not. IMO this year comes down to getting the most out of scrambles on pass plays and providing an additional runner for the D to worry about on read option.

Not if he keeps turning the ball over in practice and floating passes. The coaches aren't dumb.
