I didn't get to meet my natural father until I was almost 20. I now love the hell out of the guy, but wish I had known him as a kid.

While not as serious as yours, mine would be not socking away as much as money as I could growing up. Instead, spending it foolishly.

My right ankle.
Rolled it in college, and it's never been the same since.

i'm not actually good at anything except my job. any and all of my hobbies that i pour hours and hours of work into, in a heartbeat i can find 1000 people who are better than me in every way.
that being said, i don't think that i'm all that dissapointed about it. just have to be honest with yourself and keep pushing. i'm a big believer that you can work to affect your own circumstances but also that you shouldn't worry about the things you can't control.

Mine is kind of the reverse. Mom died when I was 18 and my dad died when I was 41. I wish I would have had more years with them in my later life.

I wouldn't say I am dissappointed with anything.
I did figure I would be married and have kids by now.
That can be interpretted two ways though.
Some would say I dodged a bullet.

I would say working for a living. Growing up I thought it'd be pretty cool, but it freaking sucks. I don't hate my job, I just hate working period.
