Yes. He has short arms & isn't very athletic in terms of his blocking downfield.

Richburg on the other hand has long arms & moves extremely well. He plays rather upright in his straight ahead run blocks which doesn't allow him to drive his opponent backwards at times. This is something that can be corrected. What can't be taught is his athleticism & being light on his feet.

Richburg played both LT & G before being moved to center. You can see it in his footwork because pass protection is his greatest strength.
