upgrade coming...
We thought that with Matt Tennant as well. There is no guarantee any of these will be upgrades. We will have to bring in a veteran as insurance. It is puzzling that they did not bring back DLP as insurance for that price.

Yeah, they must have just wanted to move on.

It's odd. I assumed that they didn't bring him back because of his price tag. If he was willing to take minimum I would have been 100% OK with taking him back.

Goodwin could be a good insurance policy but he is 35. His best days are behind him. We definitely need some youth there.

Couldn't agree more. Tennant was the 2nd rated Center that year. 3 years and 3 teams later and he's out of the league.

The Center position this year is looking a lot like LT last year with Brown, Smith, and Armstead. We lucked out with Armstead playing very well to close out the season, but if he, as a 3rd round rookie from a SWAC school, wasn't ready who knows if we even make the playoffs last year, much less win a game. I have faith that to team knows has a plan, I'm just curious as to what it is. I'm also curious to see how many Centers start their rookie year, and how well they do.
