Of course he is.

What false scenario am i creating?

Answer yes or no:

Our WR production was down in 2013

also think that it's bloody HILARIOUS that a couple seasons ago, many on this board (I think LE included) complained about the front office's decision to draft Meachem in the first round and the groupthink belief was that first round WRs were a waste. Now suddenly these guys want a first round WR, even at the expense of filling another need.

Can we get a link? WTF are you talking about

Honestly, I don't know that a rookie WR not named Watkins or Evans is going to be a sure-fire fix at the position. In fact, no one knows.

We'll likely bring in a veteran and draft one, as well have some UDFA vie for a roster spot.

We dont need a sure fire fix in 2014.. We just need a weapon that in the future can develop into a WR1/WR2 type.

However,, by sheer numbers alone, there will be several WRs in this class that makes an impact as a rookie. Our offense is as good as any.

You originally stated that our passing game wasn't in good shape.

You later refined it to the WR production when you started getting destroyed with facts that did not support your argument.

No one disagrees with our issues at WR. That's why you're creating a false argument. What we're saying is that WR is AMONG other positions of need, and if we don't draft one in the first round it's not the end of the world.

In short, do you even nuance, bro?

I don't feel the need to dig up old threads that aren't archived anymore.

OK, and again, no one is disputing that.

Exactly what I'm talking about.

Maybe we called more short passes to our backs because our line was complete shite for half of the season and didn't give Brees or the WRs any time?

Maybe that's the reason our HBs production was up?
