Everybody overlooks how much pressure we get on the QB with JUST 3 DL + Galette..
How do they figure we need to draft another pass rush specialist when we will hopefully have a healthy Butler in addition to a stronger secondary.
I imagine that Vaccaro will probably have a handful of sacks this year with a true ball hawking FS playing back

The operative word here is "hopefully". He may or may not come back 100%, that's one issue. The second one is Butler is a FA next season and the third is there are a few LB contracts that the team may want to get rid of.
In the present "pass happy" league, you can't have too many pass rushers. The more pressure you apply the less the secondary gets burnt.

To have pressure coming from both sides. With the secondary the saints have in place now. This defense will be top 5 in take aways something the saints lack last year.

I actually compared them in another thread. He reminds me a lot of Galette, only smaller.
That said, we also just found out Galette has a void clause in his contract if he hits 12+ sacks this year.
If they feel he is BPA when we pick I have no problem taking him, though I think other positions(WR, CB, and LB), all things equal, take more precedence.

IF you can get him to play with his head on straight, you might get the best pure pass rusher in this draft.
Kid is scary talented but also a nut-job.
