What kind of shells? I recently started having a problem with my 870 cycling Kents, almost like they changed their tolerances or something. Not saying that is the problem, but it could be.

they were cheap shells. mostly winchester super x and a couple of boxes of rem high speed steel.
hard to pay $20/box when you're just trying to break in the gun. maybe this is the problem.
