I've used the PayPal, square, and now a new capital one spark swiper. My preferred way is now the cap1 spark because it goes directly into my business checking account and the fee is 0.1% lower than square and PayPal.

Waveapps is a good cloud accounting software, and it sends nice email invoices that the customer can pay online. Takes about 5-7 days to send to your bank account though.

It's is way cheaper if you do decent volume to do a traditional merchant account thru an ISO like me. You still have a swiper, it's just not a HIGH flat rate thru square.
A 2.75% flat rate sucks when many of those cards should be going thru under 2%...

Stay with square if you do non frequent transactions and total less than $5k/mnth.

If you stay with one of those products and do $5k or more, you are simply throwing revenue out the window.
