re: Nothing like fun at the ole ball park

I was at a Rockies Sunday afternoon game a few years back sitting just above 3rd base and you could see a bright white funnel cloud forming about a mile past the center field rock pile seats. They stopped the game and made everyone go into the concourses. Thankfully nothing more than that came of it.

I was also at the Broncos/Ravens NFL opener this past season when kickoff was delayed due to severe lightning and tornado warning in the area.

A stadium is the last place I'd want to be if shite like that hits because you can't go anywhere with the quickness. You're stuck hoping the bathrooms hold up.
