I ate solo at a bar over-looking the kitchen downtown last year. It is one of the more well known Italian kind of places.
It was an awsome experience for a lonely business man to sit there and watch them prep, cook, and push the food out. Got to talk to the kitchen help some too and they gave me a few samples of stuff to try.

Was that Il Posto? I love that place. The food is amazing. I would definitely recommend it.
