I get the feeling this might be a rehash of the Chelsea-Gael Kekuta appeal.

Chelsea settled with Lens in court, so they dropped the case with FIFA. That won't happen here.

Is the Neymar case officially settled? Because I think the Neymar violation is about 100 times more serious than this stuff.

Seems like Barca were made to pay some fines and that was all.

FIFA just announced that the punishment is "irrevocable and unappealable."
That's big. Barca is officially fricked.

Am I the only one who sees stuff like that and immediately hopes the offenders legs snap in half and he never plays again?

And how in the blue GD F does FIFA or UEFA or somebody not take action about shite like that?

Not really, and I think that they're fairly loose with it even when investigating it, because a certain young American wasn't implicated.

Bad news guys. According to rac1 in Barcelona, Beniesta is one of the 10.

Does anyone find it hilarious when FIFA (the most corrupt organization ever) penalizes anyone for rules violations.

I don't think any one knows what any of this means for anyone yet. So many conflicting reports and stories coming out of Europe right now.
