I do too, but I fear many of the cases will be based on Navy guys being killed while partying in the quarter.
I read online that they only filmed in NOLA for 4 to 5 days so I wonder if they built sets to mimic Nola. I noticed that when they were in french market that the buildings were slightly off. Note: It may be a pain to film a scene in the french market.
edit: the buildings are WAY off, it appears they tried to mimic the french market, and they tried to make the buildings around the market look like apartments, just looked off.

If the series is indeed picked up, portions will continue to be shot here. That's what I heard from some of the local crew.
