They can be in the quarter and not have to make corny references. I really hope they do have it out of their system and tone it down some. I really enjoy seeing what used to be my old stomping grounds on tv but it's irritating to see the people of NO and La portrayed in such a manner.

I do too, but I fear many of the cases will be based on Navy guys being killed while partying in the quarter.
I read online that they only filmed in NOLA for 4 to 5 days so I wonder if they built sets to mimic Nola. I noticed that when they were in french market that the buildings were slightly off. Note: It may be a pain to film a scene in the french market.
edit: the buildings are WAY off, it appears they tried to mimic the french market, and they tried to make the buildings around the market look like apartments, just looked off.
