The White House victory lap over 7 million enrollments and media types pushing the "7 million people are now dependent on Obamacare for their health coverage" narrative, I am starting to expect Republicans to one by one, break away from the repeal bandwagon and instead start hopping onto the "fix/tweak" bandwagon.

Face it, most Republicans are spineless cowards and are going to start buying into the "too many people are now dependent on Obamacare and its becoming more popular by the day" tripe now.

I expect one by one, for Republicans to start dropping like flies and touting the "We can't repeal now, the only thing we can do now is fix/tweak it" bullshite.

It's coming. They will start falling in line. The question is will the folding come from the moderate blue state Republicans, or the leadership?

The only people "on it" that would be "off it" would be folks that got to be part of the medicare expansion. The folks that pay for their coverage would still have said coverage, unless they have a pre-existing condition I suppose.

The program should be tweaked a great deal, and the best way to do that is to repeal and put new legislation through.

The issue is that insurance companies that were originally TOTALLY AGAINST Obamacare, and now FOR it because they spent all this damn money re-adjusting their actuary tables, expense charts, etc. They don't want to have to do that again, so that money is now on the side to NOT REPEAL.

It makes it into a huge mess of people/businesses that really aren't for the new law, but have to be because it would cost them millions and millions to switch to something else.

That's the problem with creating bad policy, it's very tough to change even though so many people dislike it.

What do you mean break away? That's always been the establishment position. They never supported the repeal/defund efforts which is why they always failed.

Frankly I don't believe any of the enrollment numbers. Obama is a well documented habitual liar and everyone in his admin and the compliant news media have their marching orders. We need to repeal the steaming pile of poo that is Obamacare before the liberals railroad single payer up our asses.
