1. 30 Second shot clock

2. Change how timeouts are handled - either less TV timeouts or charge them to the teams like the NBA does

3. Defensive 3 seconds

4. 4 10 minute quarters

5. Shot clock for reviews.

6. Improve how hand checking is called. Idea is correct, but the execution this year has been terrible. They abandoned it all together near the end of February.

7. Increase the number of fouls needed to foul out to 6.

8. Timeouts at the end of games allow you to advance the ball

So basically make it almost exactly like the NBA?

The # of fouls to foul out is fine. It is equally portportioned to the nba. Nba gets 6 in 48 min. Ncaa get 5 in 40 min.

And the advancement rule doesnt need to happen in college. Coaches just need to check their egos and not call timeout every chance they get at the end of the game and let the players play.
