Something some of these kids nowadays just don't understand.

He may want him, but unless LSU shows a major systematic change, he won't go there. He just isn't a good "fit" in that offense and is well aware of it. Gibson will go somewhere that runs a spread and that doesn't go under center.

Maybe he wants to go somewhere that will get him ready to be an nfl QB?

Lol if LSU can pull that sells pitch off, more power to them.

OSU, UT, AU are all spread teams that rarely if ever go under center. There's a reason they are his top group of schools. Those around him know where he fits.

Gibson really liked academics at LSU. He loved the Business School and its reputation. But at one time he also mentioned numbers were important. LSU has 3 young talented QBs at LSU. Jennings (Soph), Rettig (RSF) and Harris (F). IMO it will be very difficult to recruit a top QB with this situation. I find it interesting that he is returning to LSU as well as TN for a visit. I wonder if someone hinted to him the log jam might be less later in the year.

UT's campus and geography is awesome.

holy shite do I disagree. its an opinion, Im not saying Im right and you're wrong, but my parents moved to Kingsport (about 30 minutes away from Knoxville) after Katrina and I've been to the campus a few times and jesus its a dump.

i agree that parts of Tennessee are absolutely crazy beautiful, but Knoxville is awful. they still have that stupid sun sphere up, everything is dirty and broken, and most of Neylend is just exposed framework. and Im not delusional, Baton Rouge is no better, but at least our campus is.

This kid should be a WR not a QB.

Ask these fans that aren't LSU fans. They seem to know a lot about cams philosophy.
