Have gotten the nazi/eugenics statements thrown in my face before. The deal is if you sign up to suck on the gov't teat you should have to give up some rights. Rights like the right to choose when to have kids. I also think if you are on government assistance you should give up the right to vote. It is a conflict of interests. As far as BC that could be made mandatory I would go with norplant or the IUD. You implement those 2 suggestions and I think the problem would solve itself within a generation or 2.
