Manning, Luck, and Newton struck me as sure things, especially Manning and Luck.
Guys with up and down resumes like Palmer and guys from smaller schools like David Carr had higher chances of flopping, as did smaller QBs like Vick.
With all that being said, I think Manziel is not a sure thing, but I can't see him being an outright flop.

Newton was not a sure thing to me. He struggled with his accuracy coming into the draft and I thought that would hold him back. He's obviously improved that since then.
