I forgot exactly what his wife does but it involves going to people's homes. One day a guy was trying to make her stay by standing infront of her car door so she couldn't get in then he held her door open while she wanted to close it to leave. He was hitting on her and being a creep the whole time. Scared the crap out of her so my friend got her a pistol to keep in her vehicle. Killing someone is worth not getting raped.

This is reminiscent of a situation recently in Lincoln County TN. Scotty Bolin (the perp) held/assaulted (I don't remember the exact words) a real estate agent (female) at a house he was acting as an interested buyer. They later caught him...but it's close to the situation you mention.
