Can't go wrong with snapper. I got a used snapper in great shape last year for $400 on craigslist. If you want to try your luck there.

I've heard everyone love their snapper. Same can be said about the husqvarna though. I think the snapper will be slower but I hear people say they cut better. (B/c they are slower? 
)
