re: Fed appeals court: Kansas can strip Planned Parenthood of fed funding

Is it really so hard to avoid having sex if you can't handle the responsibility of a child? The government should not subsidize the stupidity and lack of responsibility of its citizens. My tax dollars should not provide a free pass for these people to act without consequence.
